The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life. Brazil looks forward to proposing and adopting initiatives at the G20, which will contribute to global development. (Hao Yunhui, Zhao Li)

一些被执行人有钱不还、转移财产，以各种手段逃避执行。此前司法实践中，拒不执行判决、裁定罪一般针对的是判决、裁定生效后隐藏、转移财产的，此次司法解释明确：判决、裁定生效前隐藏、转移财产的，可以构成拒不执行判决、裁定罪。规定：行为人为逃避执行义务，在诉讼开始后、裁判生效前实施隐藏、转移财产等行为，在判决、裁定生效后经查证属实，要求其执行而拒不执行的，可以认定其有能力执行而拒不执行b—sports必一，情节严重，以拒不执行判决、裁定罪追究刑事责任。

司法解释还明确了追赃挽损程序，规定：对被告人以拒不执行判决、裁定罪追诉时b—sports必一，对其故意毁损、无偿处分、以明显不合理价格处分、虚假转让等方式违法处置的财产，应当依法予以追缴或者责令退赔b—sports必一，交由执行法院依法处置。人民检察院应当结合侦查移送情况对涉案财产进行审查，在提起公诉时对涉案财产提出明确处理意见。人民法院应当依法作出判决，对涉案财产作出处理。
