The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life. 北京市公安局东城公安分局经侦支队接东城区人民法院转来的杨某(男，57岁)、张某虚假诉讼线索，经工作发现，张某(女，38岁，进京务工人员)在短短月余间，就与一名男子先结婚再离婚，并突然向杨某借贷500万元，用于经营古玩玉石，后被杨某起诉偿还借款，案件存在诸多异常。查明上述情况后，警方对该案立案侦查。

经大量工作查明，2016年，本地居民谢某(男，55岁)夫妇将名下拆迁分得房产卖给王某，在王某支付七成房款后反悔，多次欲通过诉讼取消交易未果。2020年716新莆京，谢某结识来京务工人员张某，多次通过请客吃饭、介绍工作、代交房租等方式，与之熟识后，便请求张某给予帮助。谢某在与原配假离婚后，与张某办理假结婚手续，将谢某名下房产过户给张某后再离婚，同时，指挥张某对外谎称经营玉石生意716新莆京，将房产抵押至谢某的朋友杨某名下，最终杨某通过提起民事诉讼，与张某达成调解协议，将房屋过户至杨某名下。

根据我国《刑法》及相关司法解释规定，本案中谢某等人以捏造案件事实、虚构民事纠纷等方式提起民事诉讼，妨碍司法秩序，严重侵害他人合法权益，涉嫌虚假诉讼犯罪。在查清事实情况、掌握相关证据后，警方将张某、谢某、杨某等5名犯罪嫌疑人抓获，现该案已依法移送审查起诉。审查过程中，张某不断哭诉表示自己被小恩小惠冲昏头脑，法律意识淡薄，参与虚假诉讼活动，直至案发才意识到其行为涉嫌犯罪。
